Big Tax Benefit Still Available

Car enthusiasts still interested in purchasing a ranch homesite should make their purchase soon for two reasons. First, with the over 1,200 acre ranch committed to a conservation easement, homesite owners will realize a significant tax benefit for 2006. Secondly, there is a potential price increase in 2007.

Groundbreaking Ceremony

Community leaders, special guests and neighbors from Kaufman, Terrell and Wills Point participated in the groundbreaking ceremonies on July 11, 2006. Following the ceremony, guests took helicopter tours of the property which provided a spectacular view of the initial shaping of the Alan Wilson designed road course.
